Responsible Risk Taking - taking the initiative to give things a go, to fail forward, and to try something new or to build on some current understanding/achievement, even if you are not very good at it.
Organising - using tools and strategies to maximise our performance and lift our sense of control.
Thinking - awareness of and utilising different thinking types: intuition (gut hunch) and logic (rational effort). Moving between convergent (drawing together ideas) and divergent (lateral, out of the box) thinking skills.
Questioning - the ability to ask questions and remain curious to seek out new information, ideas, processes and strategies.
Practising (purposefully) - taking time to rehearse, to practice to improve by targeting areas to refine.
Communicating - presenting ideas – verbally, expressively, visually, and non-verbally. It involves listening.
Collaborating - working together to share ideas, use each others' talents, and agree on directions in order to achieve a goal.
Synthesising - taking in lots of ideas and seeing how they connect and/or support new innovations.
Creating - innovating or developing exciting ideas that are original and new.
