By signing below, I give permission for my child/ren to attend the Onland Learning experiences on the Stewart Farm and local beaches, under the supervision of the Living School staff and associates.  I understand I am responsible for packing all food/drink requirements, managing adequate clothing requirements - hat, wet-weather gear, covered footwear, sun-protective clothing as/when appropriate.

I understand Living School staff may apply suncream, insect repellant and that I can request special conditions - and supply my own suncreams/repellants if needed.
