To motivate, collaborate and cooperate

Sarah Ross

CF-1 (Year 1 Teacher)

My dream for living school is to build and maintain authentic relationships with students, staff and the community, so we can contribute to a better future.

I intend to create an environment where students feel safe and supported to express their individuality and where all can be recognised for their uniqueness. I will support learners to believe in themselves and each other, so they strive to confidently give of their best.

I aspire to motivate students to work collaboratively and cooperatively, make good choices and to be kind and respectful members of Living School and the community.

Sarah completed her studies in 2019, a close associative of our CF-4 teacher, Ant. Her focus is on primary education, using cooperative grouping strategies.

Sarah has a focus on developing a caring and sharing environment. Her bubbly and earthy personality draws students to find a sense of place and an understanding of a collective belonging.
