2026 tuition schedule
Invoices are sent on 1 January. Full payment is due within 30 days. If the year is not paid in full, fees revert to six equal instalments payable before each term start date. Amounts are in Australian dollars.

Sibling discounts
A concession on tuition applies where two or more children in the same immediate family attend Living School. The eldest child currently enrolled counts as the first sibling for the discount.
- 10% for the second sibling
- 15% for the third and subsequent siblings
Up-front payment
A 5% discount applies on tuition fees only if the total school fees are paid in full by 7 February 2026. It applies only where there are no outstanding fees from the previous year.
Devices
- Years K–8: devices are provided by the school.
- Years 9–12: bring your own laptop (minimum requirements are emailed to families).
- IB maths: bring or hire a graphing calculator (annual hire $100).
Supplementary charges, building fund & collections
Supplementary charges
International and interstate excursions and camps, recreational sports, transport to events, and other incidental costs are charged to the family account. A permission note with the cost is sent before the event. These are billed individually and fall due immediately; some activities must be paid before departure. Continued participation depends on the account being maintained.
Building fund donation (optional, DGR)
Living School holds a school building bank account registered as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). A donation of any amount over $2 is an optional, fully tax-deductible gift. See ATO Taxation Ruling TR 2013/2. A school building fund is solely for acquiring, constructing or maintaining school buildings for use as a school — contemporary, student-focused spaces on Conway Street, at Brown & Jolly in the CBD, and on the Southern Cross University campus. Donations are gratefully received; they are never compulsory.
Collections policy
We use a staged process for outstanding accounts and will work with families on a suitable payment plan where we can. Ongoing arrears may lead to formal recovery; recovery costs may be added to the account. The school may reverse rebates, concessions, scholarships or bursaries, and may withdraw enrolment, if an account remains unpaid.
