The school is able to administer medication to students at the office under documented Medical Practitioner guidelines only.

The written authorisation to dispense medication must come from a suitably qualified and recognised Medical Practitioner.

The school requires that parents sign an authorisation to dispense medication. These forms may be obtained from the School Office.

No student should bring medication to school without the school’s knowledge.

If it is necessary for a student to have mediation whilst at school, it must be stored in the School Office, with the student’s name and class clearly marked.
