Three Way Conferences are held twice a year, in June and December, and include interviews with the student, teacher, and parent/caregiver.
These interviews provide an excellent opportunity to discuss the student’s academic progress, personal development, and key strengths. It’s a valuable time to reflect on achievements, set goals, and address any concerns to ensure continued growth and success.
These interviews form part of our academic reporting cycle.
Parents have the right to request meetings and interviews with teachers at any time during the working week. In such cases, teachers have a professional responsibility to document these meetings via Classter.
For Directors and the Conductor, there are to be no surprises.
