This covers students with Diverse Learning Needs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, New Arrival Students and Students for whom English is an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D), Gifted Students and Students in Out of Home Care.

Teachers who have students in their class are required to be up to date with current practices that best support students with Diverse Learning Needs. Students who require an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) are required to update the personal plan regularly and ensure that it reflects the current adjustments that are in place for the student.

Time is allocated to assist staff in updating the plans and to meet with parents and students who require a personal plan meeting.
